Resilience Boost Half Day Corporate Retreat at Mitton Hall
Are you an organisation that wants to enhance the well being of your people with a unique morning event? Join us for a unique mini resilience boost from 9.30am until 1pm. You’ll be treated to a relaxing yoga class and Resilience based group coaching session. This will be followed by lunch / brunch and a soothing soundbath to calm your nervous system and reduce stress levels. Our half day retreat is open to everyone and the yoga is suitable for all abilities. The yoga aims to relieve tension, back pain and calm the nervous system. Participants will leave feeling relaxed and armed with a practical toolkit to boost their well being and resilience.
